January is cold and grey, so come dance the blahs away…

Learn to dance the beginner level of Modern Western Square Dance, known as Mainstream, with Portland’s LGBTQIA/Allies square dance club! Over the course of a few months you’ll learn over sixty calls which will enable you to dance with us socially (and with other square dance clubs worldwide, too); lessons run every Wed night, 7-8:30pm, beginning January 15th.

A few helpful items:
-No partner necessary; simply bring yourself (but of course partners and friends and coworkers and relatives are welcome!)
-No dress code; wear what you like
-That being said, smooth-soled shoes work best, but are still not required
-The first lesson on the 15th is FREE! Come try it out with us 🙂
